2nd Annual Taiwan Tattoo Convention is on April 8th to 10th, 2011. The convention holds in the biggest department store, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, in the public place of Kaohsiung. Every weekends and holidays, there are around sixteen hundred thousand people shopping in it.
